Yahoo - 451 Message temporarily deferred

Anybody getting a higher rate of 451 soft bounces from Yahoo? On our whitelists, any delivery attempts are being soft bounced with "451 Message temporarily deferred." I'm hoping there's a temporary issue on their end. We noticed a spike in soft bounces starting yesterday.

I have seen deferrals for 3-4 hours today but now seems ok.

I'm seeing an insane amount of deferrals across lots of diverse IP space.. Even gmail -> yahoo ..

We have seen an increase in 451 Message temporarily deferred - [160] for the past month. Which is very strange and seen a 20% drop in the inbox deliverability.

451 / [160] after data usually means yahoo didn't like your message content or domains in the message body.
