Reads like basic questions for Return Path, given that it is their resource.

true, do they have a representative who reads these technical forums? or would you suggest contacting them directly? (i'm personally not sure you would get the desired response by contacting them off their website)...

For a variety of reasons, this forum is for customers and evaluators only, so best to contact them directly on this.

Not a problem, and generally topics are discussed here of course like this, and did not mean that this is off topic at all.

More that since it is their resource, they would be the ones that are best equipped to answer this, but discussing this resource and even their response back fits this thread.

It means networks that use their service have blocked you for various reasons. So across the returnpath network 68% of the reporting hosts will accept your mail. It could be from complaints, bounces, etc..

Thanks nickphx, but they have low to no bounces. Might be complaints, but lists have been delivering for quite some time now. Also, wouldnt the senderscore score low then instead of over 90?

The 32% that are blocking you could be for any number of reasons. The reporting servers could have other additional spam filtering and content rules that could cause the messages to not be accepted. Are you certain you do not have a high amount of hard bounces or rejected messages? Do you log temporary/transient errors received from the remote mail servers?

Nick, Yup, been sending to the lists for over a year. Zero bounces. Got FBL setup for all the IPs.
