Recommendation needed for SMS Gateway

I need a recommendation for the best and least expensive SMS Gateway that provides libraries to be used on my website.
The website will be sending bulk SMS messages to users.
Website is on .net, C#

PowerMTA can do this as long as you collect the phone number and carrier during your opt in process.

Most carriers allow you to use email to send to their SMS customers.  Here is a site that lists the addresses to use:
http://www.emailtextmessages.com/

So if you wanted to send an email to a user on verizon with phone number 410-555-1212 you would send an email to 4105551212@vtext.com.

When PowerMTA won't start use:

pmtad --debug
When all else fails-->support@port25.com

Not that we're aware of, which is why it would be best to ask during the opt in process.
