New Hotmail ticket page/SNDS down
« on: July 24, 2013, 10:45:15 AM »

I used to use the following link to open up Hotmail deliverability tickets - https://support.live.com/default.aspx?productkey=edfsmsbl3&scrx=1

This now goes to a new looking page which I suspect is part of back-end changes to the support the push to go to outlook.com

SNDS has also been unavailable to me for about 3 days.

It's not just me, right?!

So, SNDS must be down for everyone. Nothing here either.

But what about the IP deliverability support ticket/form? Can anyone still access that? I used to use the link in the first post but it goes to somewhere completely different now.

Only the page layout is different. :)

SNDS is working for me now.

Ah, the deliverability form not showing seems like a Chrome issue. It doesn't display properly in Chrome but is fine in Firefox - I don't have any extensions installed that would mess with it.

https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=edfsmsbl3&ct=eformts is the long form and works (but not in Chrome). Is the shorter form still available?

I was having the same issues with SNDS all week, didn't even think to try it in Firefox, thanks!  To get Chrome to work I had to act like I was signing up for a new account, and then click on the login page from the top of the page which must have generated a new link.  I also can not find the short form anymore, I hope they didn't completely do away with that form, it was very convenient.

It loos as though it's down again.  I'm also noticing that when they reply back after the new long form submission they are stating...

"We have completed reviewing the IP(s) you submitted. The following table contains the results of our investigation."

But there is no info regarding if it was mitigated or no action taken.
