Multiple email reports from JMRP!
« on: September 04, 2013, 11:26:17 AM »

Hey,
We are getting 20 or even 30 junk reports from JMRP for a single email.
All reports are the same.
Are you having problems,too ?

I've already seem 5 from the same message, but never 20 or 30.
I'll check here to see if there is this kind of number of complaints from the same message.

We've encountered similar things in the past and eventually we noticed it was the same user somehow managing to create a FBL over the same message for at least 5-6 times.

Did nothing to our IP reputation to not "process" the other FBL's, as the customer gets unsubscribed anyway.

As long as you do not see any reputation damage I would not worry too much.
