Invaluement DNSBL removal?

Some of our IP's are listed on http://dnsbl.invaluement.com/

They are listed before any mail has even been sent. We have requested removal through the normal channels many times over the last 6 months, but nothing has happened. Is this BL still active? And if so, does anyone have any tips for getting removed from it, and staying off of it?
