List-Unsubscribe header on Hotmail

Mail sent over a certified IP to hotmail with a valid List-Unsubscribe header does NOT show any special unsubscribe message or icon.
According to http://blog.jangomail.com/2009/07/new-feature-list-unsubscribe-header.html there should be a clickable 'unsubscribe' in the top right portion of the Hotmail
header. Nobody at Microsoft or Return Path seems to be able to confirm whether or not this is something that's broken or if Hotmail just doesn't use it anymore.

It is not active since 2 years or so.
That is not about returnpath.
