Is anyone using iconix.com's Truemark service and if so, what is your experience with it? Does it really add value to your userbase?

we're using it for one of our customers, though the downside of it is (from my personal point of view) that you have to install a 3rd party plugin (browser/email client) to actually view the iconix feature.

Reputy (who are also present on this forum) can tell you more about Iconix, they probably have a larger customer using the service.
