Delivery problems or ESP filter?
« on: February 26, 2018, 09:10:55 AM »

Hello there,

We are sending multiple transactional emails to Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo.

Gmail/Gsuit and Hotmail/365 have deleted all emails or I can't see at inbox/spam/promotions, etc, only one was delivered for each of them but when I send emails to yahoo all are delivered correctly and I can see all of them at inbox.

Could you please tell me why it happend? I have attached a screen capture in this thread.

Thank you!

Because they are showing as delivered in PowerMTA, there isn't too much we can do.  Once the message has been received by the remote mail server, it is out of our control what happens to it.  However, I would largely suspect this is a reputation/content issue.  You may want to verify double-opt in verification of your email list, remove any bounced emails from your list, and verify that your content looks good and is requested by members of your list.
