Borderware / ReputationAuthority down - be returning tons of transient rejection

Seeing this in my PMTA...

And when i visit the URLs all i seem to get is a generic page about selling me domains...

Its giving me hundreds to thousands of transient rejections with the delivery of emails.

For what domains are you seeing this error?

Try the following commands:
Quote
pmta show topdomains --errors
pmta show topqueues --errors
pmta --help

When PowerMTA won't start use:
Quote
pmtad --debug
When all else fails-->support@port25.com

If you want PowerMTA to bounce messages in the queue when it receives this error, you can define a pattern/string that matches part of the error, along with the "bounce-queue" option. 

In general, this is the best way to have PowerMTA immediately bounce temp/4xx errors that are really permanent, regardless of the SMTP error code that the remote gateway returns.
