Applying de-listing for att.net
« on: February 28, 2012, 10:20:31 AM »

Hello All,

Can you please provide different techniques you guys use while you apply for delisting of IP's for att.net.

I have tried all the possible ways, but always getting negative reply. Also now-a-days there is no response from TACTARA server.

Also it will be very helpfull if you share which all fields are important while filling the AT&T delisting  form for delisting.http://rbl.att.net/cgi-bin/rbl/block_admin.cgi

Thanks

You should look at the response code from ISP, or NDR as on the form, check what it says, address that issue and then check the relevant check boxes.
However, if you didn't have to address any issues as per NDR, make sure you paste that in the field and don't check any of those boxes.

It might be helpful if you paste your response code here, I am sure many of the great talents here will guide you in the right direction.

Below is the response code we receive from ISP and the same one we paste into the NDR Field:
521 x.x.x.x blocked by sbc:blacklist.mailrelay.att.net. DNSRBL: Blocked for abuse. See http://att.net/blocks.
And about the option we need to check we have tried all the combinations. We also tried with leaving all the boxes uncheck, but still there is no response from ISP side for Tactera servers.
