Well,
have you heard about ip reputation and warm-up? :))))))

Hello CaLViN, I'm a bit new to this world so not entirely familiar with IP reputation. I do know that when I Google it, a top hit is www.senderscore.org where I've ran all 16 of my public IPs and so far they have all been above 90.

Yahoo expects you to wait 48 hours before requesting a follow up so I'm doing that today.

Make sure you start off sending to only clickers, openers and other engaged segments. Yahoo is throttling you because they don’t like what your sending and their users are complaining.

Thanks ReyM. We're still sending to the same clients. Our clients are teachers, school staff, students, and parents and non of that has changed since migrating to the new server.

Hello,

I migrated our PMTA server to an Azure virtual machine instance with new IPs. I've verified SPF, PTR, and sender score and everything looks good so far but still seeing '[TSS04] Messages from x.x.x.x temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1' in the logs, 3 days later.

I opened a case with Yahoo, giving them my new vMTA IPs and explaining the situation, but they have yet to respond.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any suggestions? Should I give it more time?

Thank you

Run the following to see the list of MX records for those domains to verify if they have IPv6/AAAA records:

pmta resolve aol.com
pmta resolve hotmail.com
