New Bounce at Yahoo - MC02

This morning we began seeing a new soft bounce from Yahoo on a set of Whitelisted IPs:
421 4.7.0 [MC02] Message temporarily deferred - 4.16.52. Please refer to http://postmaster.yahoo.com/errors/postmaster-22.html

Anyone know what this means?  We're still getting unthrottled delivery from our IPs and it doesn't seem to have affected our Inbox placement, but the bounce is a little concerning, because it is in the same format as the TS0X errors.

It supposedly means that 99% of your messages are going to Junk, but your seed list accounts probably need to be rotated out.
