Hi,

Have been certified for 2 years now for 1 IP. We do not buy any other service. Unfortunately I am experiencing quite bad customer service at the moment. Have tried both email and twitter support without response.

Well,
We are also certified for a long time now but never used RP tools.
Have been able to get a huge discount on that tools but i am still unsure as they are unwilling to provide a trial even for a short time.
