Hi,

Have been certified for 2 years now for 1 IP. We do not buy any other service. Unfortunately I am experiencing quite bad customer service at the moment. Have tried both email and twitter support without response.

If you'd like, contact me off list, and I'll see if I could get any help for you at ReturnPath?  I'll need your name and company information.
thanks.

Well,
We are also certified for a long time now but never used RP tools.
Have been able to get a huge discount on that tools but i am still unsure as they are unwilling to provide a trial even for a short time.

What do you get in the Return Path Tools?

And is that €2,000 per month, per IP?
