Hi All,

Has anyone in here used/purchased Return Path services?

If so, is it worth it, any improvements on IP reputation?

We are certified and safe. Have seen some improvements but are really not impressed by their European office service or customer care.

I dont really like them.
They only have a plus for yahoo and hotmail.

Does anyone use their deliverability monitoring suite? Sounds useful as there are a few integration options but haven't managed to get any more detail or pricing from them... may have to resort to ringing them up!

I got a pdf file that has all the features of the tool.If you want,email me.

IMO,that tool is not useful and doesnt worth anything.An experienced deliverability manager would already know all the information they gather for you and its cheaper to hire one than getting that tool.

Some of our clients are Return Path certified. The primary benefit, it does speed up IP warming. The other big help is when we move customers from one IP to another, as in new customers signings. If they get RP certified before they move, we can compress their IP warming lead time. I can't provide numbers on existing sends, no data.  You would need to A/B the same sends over RP and non-RP IP's.

I guess it is expensive, but that is a decision for the clients to make.
