Good morning/afternoon everyone.
I thought I would share some of my pain with you in the hope you can help or give some suggestions on deliverability to Gmail and Yahoo!
We recently moved from our USA servers to Holland thus changing over our sending IPs. After the move to Holland (and the implementation of PowerMTA) we have seen no problems with Hotmail at all after informing them of the new IPs etc.
However, Yahoo! and Gmail is a different story:
Yahoo!
Have junked our mail (Yahoo Bulk Filter tag in the header).
We have purchased a new domain (cupidmail.net) which is delivering 70% of the mail to the inbox, 30% is staying junked.
Feedback Loops are all in place.
30,000 mails a day, no biggy.
Gmail
All junked, new domain or no new domain from all IPs we have.
10,000 mails a day, no biggy.
I am at a complete loss why our mails are not performing when they havent changed.
Some other info:
We have Domain Keys, SPF records, Reverse DNS in place as well as unsubscribe links.
I have checked most of the forums I can find as well as the Power MTA forums and nothing mentioned is any different to what we do.
Any suggestions?
