Email friendly providers

Hi Guys

We've been using the same hosting provider for years now with no problem. We've hit
the 4 million emails per day mark and now our provider is telling us we are getting too
many spam complaints (17 in a 4 day period) and we must send an email out to everyone
asking them to reconfirm their subscription to all our customers lists or they'll disconnect us..

Now call me crazy but 17 complaints out of 16,000,000 emails isn't bad right?

Anyways - Does anyone have recommendations for an email friendly provider?

17 Complaints directly coming to your ISP sounds a little bit high.

What are your requirements for hosting ?

You may have a bounce back processing issue, have you checked that you are not trying hard bounces again?
