AOl RTR:BB error

HI,
Anyone get this? I cant even telnet to telnet mailin-01.mx.aol.com 25 with my server for some reason.
ERROR: 554 5.7.1 : (RTR:BB)
http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554rtrbb.html
Ive contacted aol, but they keep telling me my IPs are not blocked at all and to run the telnet test and to verify my sending ip by email to ipconfirm@postmaster.aol.com. I received the response email stating that it IS the correct sending IP. So I dont know what the problem is.
The RTR:BB is suppose to be a dynamic IP, but my IPs are all static IPs with reverse dns setup for each IP already.
Im lost. Been trying to get this fixed for afew days now.

Is your HELO set correctly, nothing screwy on that side? Just to rule out the obvious, FQDN is correct and not on dynamic or residential IP?

Hi Kent,
I can telnet all other mail servers fine. All my records are setup correctly.
I simply telnet aol using the windows 2003 command prompt. It just doesnt get thru to aol for some reason. My other servers on different IPs can do just fine.
thx

Incase anyone else runs into the same issue.
It looks like it was an AOL issue. The normal support request for RTR:BB is automated so you will always get the same response. In order to get a response from them directly, youll need to select OTHER and No for error messages. They will have a person respond back with the FIX RESOLVED.
