Title: looking for an ESP friendly ISP

I'm looking for a new ISP to host a dedicated server which will run a PowerMTA installation.

Can you recommend me any, that can give me a bunch of good IPs, which we'll keep in best shape with clean traffic?

Right now I have 80, but I think I can go down to 50....
