issues delivering to mac.com & me.com addresses
« on: December 14, 2012, 12:40:31 PM »

Hello folks!

Lately we have been facing some issues when sending to mac.com and me.com addresses. Usually when looking for blocks or bounces issues just running a simple pmtastats top-bounce I'm able to see what is going on. The main issue is that neither mac.com or me.com appear in the stats as blocked and the accounting logs show all emails as delivered, however users are reporting that they are not getting the emails.

From my perspective looks like apple is accepting all emails and just discarding them without noticing us BUT neither the user (aka sending the email to the Junk inbox) (which, btw, is what gmail usually does)

Does anyone have an advice regarding sending to apple. or some way to at least detect the blocking. It would be really useful.

Thank

Do you have chunking turned on? That may help, we saw this issue a few months ago , I turned chunking on for those domains and it helped.

"Do you have chunking turned on?"

Is that done on a per domain basis and do you have any limiting in place also?
