Hey,
with such a server you can technically achieve sending more than 2 billion emails per month.
I have done this before.

Hello Hasan,

Thank you, I'm try to improve our way to send emails, I want to achieve that!  ;)

Best practice for feeding to PMTA is in batches of 5000 messages... I'd also put your feeder as close to PMTA as possible. What switch are you using? If your switch can't keep up, it may be time for a new switch.

Hello Ray,

Finally, the  network issue was solved and our pmta works propertly today.

I want to know a little more of pmta connections to improve our way to send emails. If I feed pmta with 5000 messages in a simple connection will have best performance.

I unsderstand with this new method that we could save connections and avoid bottle necks.

What do you think about that?

Thank you!

I am sure the 5,000 message number you can play with a little, but that is what PMTA recommends and is what I've used for years without any issues.
