Hi all, we're having problems delivering to Gmail mailings that in hotmail or yahoo go 100% into inbox. Following the wizard in gmail's Bulk Email Senders page (https://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=17205&p.token=%3C?cs%20var:Query.p.error%20?%3E#AssuranceSys) and answering "No" to each question then comes this one:

Please open the full headers from the most recent affected message. At the top of the headers, do you see any lines that reference AssuranceSys?

Example:

    X-AssuranceSys-BulkMail: 1
[...]

And then yes, we have this header in our gmail emails. So Gmail says:

Your headers indicate that the message was removed from Gmail's servers and classified as spam by AssuranceSys. Gmail isn't affiliated with AssuranceSys, so we're unable to provide assistance. We suggest contacting AssuranceSys for more information on why your message was classified as spam.

But the problem comes when I try to google "AssuranceSys" and I find absolutely no information at all! And www.assurancesys.com doesn't even work...

Any clues? Hope you can help!

  Regards.

Assurance Systems merged with Return Path about 7-8 years ago.
